Build is just about applying the debuffs. By late game you dont do too much damage but you apply so much soft cc a team fight should be winable. Lane - just get the debuffs going. If opponents gun heroes, go rusted first. Mid - Get your core items and roam blue. You can set up for rifts with turrets. Play in the mid range behind your front line but in front of your other supports. Late - just follow your carry around.
