Insta Use 1st Splatter on wave and enemies then save for burst+boon
Decay constantly when you see a enemy to engage a fight with, do not use on victor
Dont peek or engage outside of clearing wave in lane if your splatter is not up, you want to take very little damage so you can keep cube for your partner
When splattering, put it on a lower spot of the wall behind the target so it splats and bounces to the ground and gets a double hit consistently
When the last surface you touched is a slope, the cube gives acceleration, so if you puddle punch yourself up off a slope then cube you will get lots of momentum
Usually save your punches for displacement of you, enemies or allies. do not use it for damage.
Your splatter will be tier 3 at 6.6k souls and your cube will be tier 3 at 14.4k souls
Laning against flyers isnt a good idea (duh) so try to avoid vindicta, holiday etc.
Keep an eye on time, stealing T1 camps with a splatter that you bounce off of the wall is very easy. you can use 2 splatters at the start (3 if you didnt have to save it for very long) then save the next for taking camp
Mid lane lets you play a lot more greedy and you can reset at spawn a little more
Save farms for your teammates, only use box routes and take enemy farm most of the time.
Do NOT sidelane. Communicate with your teammates and get someone else to do it.
Always clear neutral wave on viscous.
Cube then heal beam someone to save them from cc and practically reset there hp, keep an eye on enemies big dmg cooldowns and pay attention to your teammates
Learning movement is very important, gaining consistency with edge boosts and corner boosts etc. are very crucial especially for this playstyle requiring you to position according to the teamfights happening.
Sneaking in light melees earlygame when you dive smb is important and gives big dmg but think it through
Make sure to use alternate fire when on only 1 bullet
After lane get 4 actives FIRST, the only time to delay them is for grit -> reactive/spirit/weapon shielding. Then get tankbuster then expansion/duration depending on the actives. You can move on to luxury after that. you can get tankbuster before saving for divine barrier as your last active
Use your alt fire more when sliding if you arent already, also spam pinging enemies shows you where they are even if they go behind walls, utilize this feature to see enemies behind walls and hit them with your alt fire and splatter. Ive seen competetive teams bind their ping to their fire/ability buttons to abuse this feature and give them a somewhat equivalent to wallhacks. I tried it and it works but im not in a 6 stack and it pisses off randoms sometimes. this is not neccessary at all and just a little extra bonus thing if your stinky enough
Max damage parry combo goes: parry, left click, splatter, left click, heavy melee, left click, puddle punch, right click, light melee
Hitting yourself with a puddle punch while you are boosting off a vent makes you go way farther
Known fact but cube traps celeste ult and denies bebop bomb stacks. Bebop is one of your best lane matchups as Viscous
Be aware of timings, know when camps spawn and remember which side the urn/rift spawns. Communicate this with your team, using comms just in general to let the team know whats happening does more than you would expect.
