If youre looking for an optimized build this isn't really it,
I just like the stinky snake girl :3
Feel free to read the rest of the description and notes on
each item for when/why to build each item and also my
take on the character.
Ok so vyper is a Bullet DMG carry, her skills scale poorly
and she only has and damage/mobility and her only
piece of CC facilitates MOAR DAMAGE.
So yeah she's a hypercarry, she's scout tf2, she's Twitch
League, she's (insert DOTA 2 carry here).
